00:00 — 00:15
01/04Your story, in detail
We start with your symptom timeline, the medications and approaches you have already tried, and what life looks like around food right now.
1:1 Consultation · Online
Finally understand what is actually driving your reflux, bloating and food reactions.
A focused 60 minute clinical session designed to map the patterns behind your symptoms. We look at your history, your triggers and the likely upstream drivers. You leave with a clear, prioritised plan, not another list of foods to avoid.

Who this is for
Most of the women I work with have spent months, sometimes years, trying to manage symptoms on their own. This page is written for them.
You have been given omeprazole, lansoprazole or Gaviscon, and you are still uncomfortable after meals.
Your stomach feels unpredictable, so you avoid eating out and decline plans you used to enjoy.
You are bloated, gassy or sore by the evening, and your clothes feel tight by the end of the day.
You have already cut out the obvious triggers, and the list of safe foods keeps shrinking.
You have been told everything looks normal, but you know your body is telling you otherwise.
You want a clinically grounded explanation, not another podcast tip or generic gut protocol.
The Promise
This is one to one, personal and clinically led. No generic protocols, no scripted advice. We work from your history, your symptoms and your life, and you walk away knowing exactly what to do next.
What to expect
The consultation happens over Zoom. Nothing is scripted, this is the flow most sessions settle into.
00:00 — 00:15
01/04We start with your symptom timeline, the medications and approaches you have already tried, and what life looks like around food right now.
00:15 — 00:35
02/04I work through your history clinically, looking at digestive function, fermentation patterns, nervous system load, meal timing and the contributors most often missed.
00:35 — 00:50
03/04We connect the dots. You hear, in plain language, what is most likely driving your symptoms and why restriction alone has not been enough.
00:50 — 01:00
04/04We agree on the two or three changes that will move the needle first, what to stop doing, and how to track progress over the next thirty days.
What you leave with
Generic advice has not worked because your symptoms are not generic. The deliverables below are designed to be calm, focused and personal to you.
What is most likely driving your symptoms, explained in language you can repeat back to your GP if you want to.
Two or three focused changes that target the biggest contributors first, instead of overhauling everything at once.
What to try, what to stop, and what to stop worrying about. The aim is fewer rules, not more.
A recap of your session sent in writing, so you can revisit it calmly later that week.

About
I am a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist using a functional medicine approach. I work almost exclusively with women in their 30s and 40s navigating reflux, bloating, food reactions and the anxiety that quietly builds around eating.
I look at patterns, history and possible underlying drivers, rather than simply suppressing symptoms. My goal is for you to feel calmer, clearer and more confident around food again, with a plan that fits your life.
In their own words
I do think the SIBO test and resulting treatment was a turning point for me, which I thank you for. I just got back from 10 days away and tummy behaved itself, except for one incident. Generally I feel better. No aches in tummy. Bowel movements have been firmer and more manageable.
Shirley
SIBO client
Thank you for help with my reflux symptoms. I have been able to expand my diet and enjoy a few treats if I am careful. It feels like such a relief to not be constantly worrying about what I am eating.
Cathy
Reflux client
It was the first time someone explained what was likely going on, instead of just telling me to avoid things. I left with two simple changes to focus on, and within a few weeks the bloating had calmed right down.

Frequently asked

Yes. Most clients come after trying medications, elimination diets and several other approaches. The consultation is designed to find the pattern those approaches missed.

It is designed as a standalone consultation. You leave with clarity and a plan whether or not you continue. Some clients choose ongoing support for deeper work over time.

I am UK based and work primarily UK and European hours. If you are further afield, get in touch and I will see what is possible.
Most weeks I have appointments available within seven to ten days. The booking calendar will show you live availability.
